AUS RDO Bidding

     CPCs

A. Each crew will have 4 CPCs initially assigned to it. 2 of these CPCs will work a rotating schedule throughout the week that begins on evening shifts and rotates to dayshifts, possibly followed by a mid-shift. The other 2 CPCs on straight shifts will alternate between a week of day shifts that may end in a mid-shift, or a week of evening shifts, ending on the earliest assignable evening shift.

B. Each crew will have the mid rotate throughout the entire crew. Mid shift assignments will be distributed fairly throughout the year, starting with reverse seniority.

    Shift Assignments

Rotating/Rattler - Rotation through shifts for controllers not assigned the mid-shift for the week will be N-N-N/D­-D-D. Rotation through shifts for controllers assigned the rnid-shift for the week will be assigned N-N-D-D-M.

Straight - Rotation through shifts for controllers working straight shifts will be N-N-N-N-N, or D-D-D-D­-D/M.

     CPC-ITs/Developmentals

A rotation of shifts will be N-N-N/D-D-D, not including mid-shifts.
